Deposit

​

The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the price of the total reservation. Prices are inclusive of all charges, excluding tourist tax.

Day tax

​

The tourist tax is 0.80 € per day and per person from 18 years old.

​

Schedule

​

Check-in / Check-out: 5 p.m. / 11 a.m.

(Schedules imperative to respect the health standards in force with COVID-19).

Specificities for La Dépendance (Gîte)

 

For the Dependency, an inventory will be carried out on arrival and departure. A deposit of 500 € will be requested on arrival and returned on the day of departure after the inventory of fixtures if everything is in order. We thank you for leaving La Dépendance on your departure as you found it on your arrival.

Any significant degradation will be retained on the deposit.

Pool

​

For sanitary reasons, you are asked to shower before swimming: an outdoor shower is available around the pool.

​

To adapt to the expectations of all our visitors, access to the swimming pool is reserved for over 16s from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

​

Liability of minors

​

Your children remain under your responsibility near the swimming pool and near the road.

​

Minor children must not stay in Le Château Réal, La Dépendance, or within the grounds of the park, without their parents being present.  

​

Rules

​

Animals are not allowed.

 

All areas of Château Réal as well as La Dépendance are non-smoking, you have ashtrays at your disposal outside.

​

In the rooms of Château Réal, it is forbidden to consume foodstuffs and drinks (except water) that do not come from the establishment.

​

After 10 p.m., in order to respect everyone's peace of mind, we will ask you to moderate outside noise.

​

You can access the wifi for free using the code indicated on your arrival, illegal downloading is prohibited.

Cancellation policy

​

• Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email to the owner;

• The entire amount of the stay is refunded in the event of cancellation but becomes due if it occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival at the premises;

• In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner.
